Here is a brief listing of some of the Sports-related drawings that I have been asked to do in recent months:
- A CHEERLEADING TEAM
- An ICE HOCKEY TEAM
- A GIRL'S BASKETBALL TEAM
- A youth girls SOCCER TEAM
- A boys HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS TEAM that had just won the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
All of which were GIFTS to their respective COACHES. Also...a pencil portrait to a 12-year old who played on the STATE ROLLER HOCKEY team (a gift from his Grandparents), a drawing of a 6-year old girl as a CHEERLEADER of GRANDPA's favorite team ("Grandpa's Little Angel")...a gift for Grandpa, a man as a GOLFER (he was turning 50)...a gift from his wife. Etc., etc., etc. PLEASE REMEMBER: when a TEAM sport is involved, I almost always try to include in the artwork the team's logo and/or mascot and/or team colors...only if you provide me the information.
Please note that over the years I have also created fun artwork for athletic teams to be used on t-shirts, team programs, posters, coffee mugs, etc. Yeah team. Rah! Rah! rah!
